Challenge
A local small business used to write out by hand two copies of all delivery notes and invoices for every order they took. Our objective was to come up with a system to make this quicker and easier for them.
Solution
Firstly to setup and install a computer system with a laser printer.
Then to create a system using ‘office’ to enable the user to enter information once and create two copies each of delivery note and invoice.
Finally to train the users how to use the complete solution.
Results
Great time savings in only having to enter information once.
Greater accuracy because documents don’t have to be copied by hand.
More legible documents due to printing over hand-writing.
Security of loss of information due to a regular, simple backup procedure.
